Kato Fitness Return and Exchange Policy
Physical Products

Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the products are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable Products: We do not accept returns of perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Items such as gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items are also not eligible for returns.
In-Person Services and Memberships

Memberships and In-Person Classes: No refunds are offered once the membership or class period has commenced. Cancellations prior to this period will be fully refunded.
Training Programs and Digital Products

Online Training Programs: Programs like 'Reshape Yourself' and online training sessions are digital services for which no refunds are offered once access has been granted. The digital nature of these services prevents return once they are consumed or downloaded.

Premade Programs: For downloadable predesigned training programs, no returns or refunds are accepted after download due to the immediate nature of access to these resources.
Free Challenges and Complimentary Content

Non-refundable: All free challenges and other educational or promotional materials offered at no cost are non-refundable.
Sale Items

Final Sale: Products purchased on sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Gifts

Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Notifications and Shipping: Before returning a product, please contact us at info@katofitnesspt.com. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds

Verification and Communication: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again then contact your bank or credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Exchanges for Damage or Defect

Defective Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send the defective product to the address provided after communicating with us for an exchange.
