Kato Fitness Service Policies

These policies apply to both in-person and online training services of Kato Fitness.

1. Cancellation of In-Person Services:

  • Cancellation Notification: Clients wishing to cancel their in-person services must notify Kato Fitness at least two weeks in advance. The notification must include the client's name, client number, the start date of the cancellation, and the reason for cancellation, if desired.

  • Refunds and Adjustments: If the cancellation notification is made within the two-week period, Kato Fitness will assess the possibility of adjustments to future payments or a seamless transition, subject to our discretion and applicable regulations.

  • Late Cancellation: If a client does not notify their cancellation at least two weeks in advance, Kato Fitness does not guarantee eligibility for adjustments to future payments or a seamless transition. This means that Kato Fitness and its billing systems will charge for one more week of training before definitively canceling the membership.

2. Cancellation of Online Training Services:

  • Cancellation Process: To cancel online training services, clients must notify Kato Fitness at least 30 days in advance. Considering that this membership is a monthly payment, the client must notify at the time of receiving their next charge for our monthly membership that this will be their last month using Kato Fitness services. Within this period, Kato Fitness will evaluate the possibility of adjustments to future payments or a seamless transition, subject to our discretion.

  • Late Cancellation: If a client does not notify their cancellation at least two weeks in advance, Kato Fitness does not guarantee eligibility for adjustments to future payments or a seamless transition.

3. Class Schedule Changes:

  • Change Requests: Clients may request changes to their class schedule with a maximum of 4 hours notice. Changes are subject to schedule availability and must be coordinated with Kato Fitness.

  • Missed Classes: If a client books a class and does not show up without prior notice or cancellation, the class will be considered taken, and no refund will be issued or new class scheduled.

4. Freeze Policy:

  • Freeze Period: Clients may freeze their services for a maximum of one week every six months. To request a service freeze, clients must notify Kato Fitness at least 14 days in advance. During the freeze period, no fees will be charged.

5. Communication Channels:

  • Clients must communicate with Kato Fitness for any cancellation requests, schedule changes, or service freezes. The notification must include the client's name, client number, and specific details of the request.
